We must have a balance in life with each component that makes up that life. 1. Family & Friends 2. School & Work 3. Health: mental, physical, emotional 4. Self Discovery: learning, experience, growth Let's answer the following questions: a. What makes YOU happy? b. Do you believe you have to work to be happy? No as in a job, but make an effort to have the balance in life to find that happiness... c. Does technology ACTUALLY make us happy? d. Can one be happy all the time? e. Do the aspects of happiness occur in phases? Perhaps due to the development of a brain: child versus young adult versus adulthood? |
